Located about 4 mins walk from West Kensington tube on the District Line, Zone 2

and about 7 mins walk from Barons Court tube on both the District & Piccadilly Lines Zone 2.

West Kensington is 1 stop to the west of Earls Court.

The District Line offers good access to the City, while the Piccadilly provides good east / west access to the West End or Heathrow Airport.

Excellent nearby road access to the Talgarth Road / M4 east / west into & out of London.

High Street Kensington can be reached in about 5 minutes on the bus.

(8)DIRECTIONS TO THE FLAT

From West Kensington tube: (About 4 mins walk)

Turn left out of tube.

Immediately cross over North End Road at the traffic lights.

Turn into Barons Court Road which is parallel to the tube leading westwards.

Walk down Barons Court Road and turn first left into Challoner Street.

Walk south down Challoner Street passing over Comeragh Road, Castletown Road, Charville Road, Fairholme Road until you get to the end at Perham Road.

The Top Flat at 5 Perham Road is now facing you on the opposite side of the road.

From Barons Court tube: (About 7 mins walk)

As you come out of the tube entrance, walk over the road to the opposite side and turn right.
